Brand: Don’t Put Me On Speaker Phone™

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • “I changed my mind”

This is the usual practice for custom made‑to‑order print items.

We WILL replace an item if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • It is misprinted
  • You received the wrong item
  • The package is lost in transit

To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll take care of the rest.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will submit a claim and issue a replacement once confirmed by the carrier.

We cannot replace items for:

  • Minor variations in print placement
  • Slight color differences due to screen display
  • Customer ordering the wrong size
  • Customer entering the wrong address

These are normal variations in print‑on‑demand production.
